    All orders must submit a raffle order form. If you send funds via PayPal or Venmo and do not mail or email us the form, we cannot process your order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The State of Michigan Charitable Gaming Division prohibits the same of charitable raffle tickets online. We understand this is inconvenient, but we are committed to following the State’s licensing rules.

  • All ticket stubs will be placed in a raffle drum. The raffle drum will be spun several times and the winning stub will be pulled at random at the Family Connection Conference. The drawing will be live streamed on our Facebook page (@PediatricRRF).

  • Once ticket stubs have been mailed to the purchaser, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

  • If due to unforeseen circumstances the raffle cannot be conducted, the drawing will be done as soon as possible at the PRRF office in Warren, MI. It will still be live streamed on our Facebook page (@PediatrcRRF).

  • A minimum of 1,000 tickets must be sold to host the raffle. If under 1,000 tickets are sold, the raffle will convert to a 50/50 raffle.

    There is no maximum number of tickets that will be sold.

Terms & Conditions

The winner will receive a seven-day, six-night stay in Pacentro, Italy on a mutually agreed upon date. Blackout dates are August 15 – September 10. Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. The winner will also receive an American Airlines gift certificate valued at $2,000 and $750 cash. Total value of prize: $5,000.

If 1,000 tickets are not sold, the drawing will revert to a 50/50 raffle with the minimum prize of $500 awarded. Need not be present to win.

Open to US citizens and legal US residents who are 18 years or older at the time of the drawing. Payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a W-2G form stating the value of their prizes. No cash alternatives are available for the Italy stay or airlines gift certificate. Prizes are not transferrable. No representation or guarantee is made as to the availability of any particular flight.
